Recording hours

What's included

• Free plan: two meetings drafted from recordings, in total, plus one board.
• Paid plan: 10 recording hours per month for each paid board, shared across all your boards. Three boards give 30 hours a month to use however your meetings fall.

The hours used this month show on the dashboard and the billing page.

A long month

You can go up to a quarter over your monthly hours before uploads pause, so one long budget hearing doesn't stop you. Hours reset each calendar month.

Adding hours

If your meetings regularly run long (for example one board meeting three times a month for three hours), you don't need to buy more boards. On Billing, add extra hour packs: +10 hours a month for $5, or $50 a year.

Only recordings you upload for drafting count. Posting agendas, attachments and public pages never use hours.
