Help / Minutes from recordings
Captions and transcripts
Every recorded meeting gets a transcript and caption files.
Downloads
On the meeting page, under the minutes: transcript (.txt), captions (.vtt) and captions (.srt).
Captions on YouTube
In YouTube Studio, open the video, choose Subtitles → Add language → Upload file, and upload the .srt or .vtt file. Captions help residents who are deaf or hard of hearing and support accessibility requirements.
On your public page
Once the minutes are approved, the meeting's public page shows a searchable transcript and links to the caption files. Before approval, transcripts are private to your account.
Transcripts are machine-generated: the approved minutes remain the official record.
