The service
CivicPorch provides tools to prepare and publish meeting agendas and minutes. AI-generated drafts are aids: you are responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving minutes before publication, and for complying with the open-meetings and records laws that apply to you. Posting-deadline information is a reminder aid, not legal advice.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed per board, monthly by card or yearly by invoice payable within 30 days. You can change the number of boards or cancel at any time; changes are prorated. We will give at least 60 days' notice of any price change, and prices do not increase during a paid annual term.
Your content
You own your content. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You can export it at any time and for 60 days after cancellation.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the right to publish, or use the service to break the law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
