One board, free forever, including two meetings drafted from recordings. No card needed.

Paid

• $10 per board per month by card, or $100 per board per year by invoice (two months free).
• Unlimited users, meetings, agendas, attachments and public pages.
• 10 recording hours per board per month, shared across boards. Extra hours are $5 per 10 hours a month ($50 a year). See Recording hours.
• No setup fee, no contract, no annual increase.

Changing boards

Open Billing and change the number of boards. Changes are prorated: time for an added board is charged, and time for a removed board credited, on your next invoice.

If you have more boards than you pay for

For example after cancelling: your oldest boards stay fully usable, and the rest become read-only (visible, but you can't schedule, post or approve) until you add a board to your plan or archive one. Nothing is deleted.
