Getting approval from your council

Most towns can buy CivicPorch on a purchasing card or under their small-purchase threshold. Three boards cost $300 a year. If your council or finance office still needs to approve it:

• Summary for your council: what it is, cost, records and security, accessibility, and who we are. Print it or send the link.
• Printable quote: enter your town, number of boards and billing option, and print or save it as a PDF for the packet or a purchase order.
• W-9 and vendor forms: email [email protected].
