What to know
Since Sept 2025 (SB 413) every school district must record meetings and post minutes and votes online within 7 days; larger cities and counties must post video.
Local charters, ordinances and board bylaws often require more notice than state law. When they do, follow the stricter rule — in CivicPorch you can set a board's own notice period and reminders use it.
