What to know
72 hours applies to meetings scheduled at least a week ahead; others require notice "to the extent practicable". Executive-session minutes within 1 week.
Local charters, ordinances and board bylaws often require more notice than state law. When they do, follow the stricter rule — in CivicPorch you can set a board's own notice period and reminders use it.
