Your public meeting page

Your account comes with a public page at civicporch.com/your-town, with a section for each board. See the example town.

What residents see

• upcoming meetings with the posted agenda (typed items, or the agenda PDF readable on the page), packet attachments, location and remote-attendance details;
• past meetings with approved minutes, the video if you linked one, a searchable transcript and caption files;
• the "Agenda posted" and "Minutes approved" times for each meeting;
• a calendar feed and RSS feed for each board.

When things become public

• Agendas appear only when you post them, and residents see the version you last posted, not edits in progress.
• Minutes appear only after you approve them. Drafts are never public.
• Transcripts appear only while a meeting's minutes are approved.

The pages are built to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and work on phones.
